NA3 Form is an application form used to sponsor foreign relatives to enter Vietnam under the family-visit category (TT visa). It is issued together with Circular No. 04/2015/TT-BCA. This form is completed by Vietnamese citizens or foreigners holding a Temporary Residence Card (TRC) or Permanent Residence Card (PRC) in Vietnam to invite and sponsor their spouse, children, parents, or other foreign family members to enter Vietnam. The NA3 form is a mandatory document in the family-visit visa application, required when applying for an entry approval letter and when processing the visa at the Immigration Department.
I. What is the NA3 Form?
The NA3 Form is an application used to sponsor foreign relatives to enter Vietnam under the family-visit visa category (TT/VR visa), issued together with Circular No. 04/2015/TT-BCA. It is a compulsory document when Vietnamese citizens or foreigners legally residing in Vietnam (holding a TRC or PRC) wish to invite their spouse, children, parents, or other relatives to Vietnam for visitation.
The NA3 Form is used when applying for an entry approval letter, a family-visit visa at Vietnamese Embassies/Consulates or Vietnam Visa on Arrival, and in many cases when applying for the 5-year visa exemption certificate.
